Giuseppe welcomed them warmly with a big dog. We had a lot of fun and were well catered for! Gladly again!
Unfortunately more of a "tourist rip-off". The staff is relatively friendly, but it really takes you off the street if you just look at the menu. The food itself is not really good, the spaetzle tasted like ready-made products and you try to sell you as much as possible in order to drive the price up in the end. We knew beforehand that we were going to get involved, but it's a shame with the beautifully decorated ambience.
Corona doesn't exist here. Guest lists to enter? Nothing. Distance rules? Nothing. In addition, unfriendly. Have then given up ordering food
Flammkuchen is definitely worth it. You can also order half of it or try two different ones.
Nice ambience and great optics in the restaurant, which is located directly on the Moselle. The staff was friendly when we visited, but did not deliver everything as ordered. It was disappointing that everything is charged separately - there was no salad with the main course, the pepper and cream sauce for the schnitzel was extra ... So it quickly became quite expensive. The price for normal beer is also very high. The spaetzle were a bit too salty, the starters were all the better.
Delicious eaten. Fast and neat service.
Just not. From the outside it is an inviting restaurant, where one assumes the appearance and the name of traditional, home-style cuisine. Some of the food on the menu was no longer available at 6 p.m. - the traditional dishes. I had my salad with salmon returned. The fish didn't look like salmon, tasted dry and not seasoned. The salad looked to me like a prepackaged supermarket. The price is far too high for that. Card payment in times of Corona - unfortunately nonexistent here! Why, one can only speculate ... There are no distance rules here, the tables were far too close together. The service of the Romanian (?) Waiters was okay. What we imagined under the name, we did not find here.
No recommendation! Ready-made products that are still unprofessionally prepared and served at exorbitant prices. Plus stale Diet Coke. Unfriendly staff. Anyone who goes there must expect to have the same experiences. The ambience of a rustic wine bar isn't everything.
Food was very good. The staff tried very hard to please the guests, although there were a lot of guests. Staff very friendly. 5 points ?
You will look in vain for friendly staff. There is definitely no culinary delight here. If you like flavor enhancers and ready-made sauces, you've come to the right place.
The wine bar is unfortunately not recommended at all. Pure rip-off! From the outside it looks quite inviting, but the food is not good and the staff pokes you and then tells you it's your own fault ... Payment is only possible in cash, which is not pointed out anywhere. Never again!!!! Corona masks are only worn half-heartedly ...
The ambience is very nice, like in an old wine cellar. The food is average, not particularly good, not bad. The staff has everything from nice to rude. Okay to eat something, but not a tip for a nice evening.
Miserable. Apart from the overpriced and qualitatively and tastefully inferior food, I find the hygiene observance under all sow. In times of corona, briefly rinsing the glasses in normal rinse water is one thing. The boards for starters can only be "wiped" once by hand and the other. At least the masks would have to be used by the waitresses through their mouth and nose ... Nothing fits here, the shop belongs to the health department. No recommendation, every McDonalds is a better choice!
The wine tavern looks very inviting at first. However, we sat so that we could also look behind the scenes. The serving boards are only cleaned once with one wipe and then reused. The glasses are briefly rinsed / washed by hand in a basin (as in non-Corona times). The food is anything but nice, unfortunately very careless. Example: the salad was without dressing, the bruschetta was (felt like) on stale bread that wasn't toasted or fresh :-( Card payment is also not possible. The places are generally very close together. So if you get Corona here, I'm not surprised. The hygiene rules are not observed. The masks are also worn incorrectly (under the nose) or not at all (behind the scenes).
Nice case, staff really attentive. Eat a little less but you get what you paid for
Not really friendly staff fast and on personal food was good. Nice steak only the mushroom sauce was way too salty and was not fresh came out of a packet we sat upstairs but not cozy.
The ambience was very inviting. The guest room was decorated in a rustic and playful thematically appropriate to the wine region. Unfortunately, the staff was listless and inattentive. The quality of the food did not correspond to the price range. We had fries with fried fish and the wild salmon with fried potatoes, half of which were burnt, the fries were too long fried and the salmon was too salty. The reaction of the staff to the criticism was dismissed with an "OK, thank you". There was no apology or discount. Card payment is not possible in this location.
The Cochemer Weinstube was a quaint restaurant with delicious dishes and drinks that were offered and served at reasonable prices in a nice and friendly atmosphere. During our vacation we were guests in the restaurant several times.
The interior design of the restaurant is very handsome and special. The staff was friendly. I had a schnitzel "Gorgonzola" with fries and I have to say that the taste doesn't match the look of the restaurant, especially not at these prices.
Cozy atmosphere! Very friendly service
Nice place, big but very cozy. Cool decor and very pleasant staff.
Mediocre food, quite expensive for what it is. Very nice decoration. They don’t accept debit cards or any kind of cards in general and they actually expect you to know it because they have a tiny mention of this in the intro page of their 20 pages menu. We were missing 2€ cash of the total bill amount so they forced us to go out of the restaurant and withdraw cash from an ATM that withholds a 4€ commission fee regardless of your bank. Thanks but not again most probably.
God wine, tasty turkey. Great service!
Great place ?
Very nice
tasty, but expensive.
A very schnuggelige wine bar and beautifully romantic decorated. The food tastes really great and the prices affordable. I think cheaper than in the city center. The staff very nice and fast. You do not have to wait long to place your order and also when you get the dishes. I think it's great here.
Excellent meal and good location
The only place with working kitchen at 22:30. Good food, good beer, nice decor.
Tourist trap!! Do not waste your money! The schnitzel is premade frozen garbage that is deep fried and given an even worse sauce. When we complained the management was confrontational and rude and refused to make it right. Avoid at all costs!
Loved the decor and food
Great food and even better wines!
Pretty charming environment, nice food and fair price!
